Summer Sublet in State College, Pennsylvania

The house my room is in is located at 522 West College Ave a few blocks from campus. My room is approximately 12 by 14. It has two windows, a bed, a couch, a dresser, a desk, a shelf and two clothes racks. It has a wooden floor with a large black rug located in the middle. My room is located in a 8 bedroom house. Every roommate has their own room. It has two bathrooms. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. It also has a full kitchen and a large living room. Parking is located in the back of the house. It is a great location since it is only a couple of blocks away from campus. The reason I am renting out the room is because I graduate in May and I am on the lease until August so I really need to fill the room. Rent is 425.00 a month plus utilities.
