117 West Nittany Avenue, Apartment 2 - Summer Sublet in State College, Pennsylvania

Currently 3 people live in the apartment, one person lives in what we call the living room. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. We have a front porch that is shared with the above and below floor. There is a small front yard and a decent size back yard. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot.
It costs $xxxx a month plus utilities (heat, electric, cable). Since it will be the summer you won't need to worry about heat and the total will be less than $xxxx a month.
You will have to put down a security deposit which you will get back, unless the place is damaged. Also, it is unfurnished.
